Fee Payment & Questionnaire

Before you continue, please prepare to answer the following for each athlete:

1. Member ID

2. Stunt Position

3. Tumbling Skills/Passes (identify skills performed on sprung vs. non-sprung floor without training aides or spotters)

4. School/Club

5. Current Team(s) including Division & Level

6. Fun Fact about the Participant

7. Expectations for the camp(s)

Registration & Payment Deadlines:

Edmonton: October 22, 2025 at 11:59PM

Calgary: November 20, 2025 at 11:59PM

Red Deer: December 18, 2025 at 11:59PM

Instructions

  1. To get started, find the camp date you are attending below.

    • For multiple camps, select the first camp (earliest) and then use the add-on option to get the cheaper rate for the additional camp.

    • Note: selecting the add-ons for one athlete will not apply to the other athletes on the same order. You must select each camp date for all participants in the same order.

  2. Add “Athlete Participant” to the cart.

    • In the cart, you can adjust the number to add multiple athletes in the same transaction.

  3. Fill out the questionnaire for each participant.

  4. Choose Add-On camps (if attending multiple).

  5. Add payment details and submit!
