When are applications due?

To guarantee a response before the anticipated event start date, applications should be received prior to the deadline.

Event Producers

Sanctioning Applications for events starting on or before May 31, 2024 are due sixty (60) days prior to the event start date.

Applications for events starting after May 31, 2024, must be submitted by June 1 each year.

Late applications may be accepted, late fees apply.

Sanctioning is valid until the end of the event/competition. A new application is required each year.

ACA Insurance Program

Activities and Events that require sanctioning should be submitted at the beginning of the Insurance period.

Any subsequent events should be submitted to the ACA at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Will applications be accepted after the deadline?

Submissions received after the deadline will be accepted, but strongly not recommended. To submit a late application, add the “late application” item to the cart.

The ACA will do its best to process late submissions in a timely manner, but the review/approval process requires many moving pieces.
