Bio: Kierra Pelz has been involved in cheerleading for more than 25 years, beginning as an athlete in Ontario and continuing her passion through coaching, leadership, and gym ownership in Alberta. As a gym owner for the past eight years, she has developed expertise in strategic planning, business operations, communication, and building a positive team culture while gaining firsthand insight into the needs of athletes, families, coaches, and clubs. Kierra is passionate about the long-term growth and sustainability of cheerleading in Alberta and is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and athlete-centered environment. She believes her collaborative leadership style, industry experience, and dedication to the sport's continued success will allow her to make a meaningful contribution to the Alberta Cheerleading Association Board of Directors.
