Executive Director | Michelle Morrell
The Executive Director contributes to the development and execution of the Strategic Plan to guide the ACA. This position establishes and oversees the operational procedures to meet the objectives of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Executive Director is responsible for managing all ACA finances, human resources, programs and events.
The Legality Consultant provides rule clarifications and assists with the development and implementation of policy and procedures regarding coaching and judging.
Program Coordinator | Corey Fakeley
The Program Coordinator assists with day-to-day operations, the planning and delivery of ACA events, and maintains the ACA website and social media accounts.
Judging & Coaching Coordinator | Kim Houle
The Judging & Coaching Coordinator assists with all elements of the ACA’s judging and coaching programs such as scheduling judges, managing coaches' certifications, assisting with sanctioned competition requirements and other administration pertinent to judges and coaches.
Board of Directors - 2019/2020
The ACA is governed by a Board of Directors who have a great love for the sport of cheerleading.
The role of the Board is to set and review the association’s mission, vision and values; oversee the business affairs of the association in a manner that is consistent with the vision, mission and values and delegate authority to the Executive Director for the leadership and day-to-day management of the association.
The Board of Directors includes an Executive Committee that consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and Executive Director (ex-officio).
