Please remember the new penalty for illegal elements is a 20 point deduction. This includes all illegal skills as well as infractions such as chewing gum, earrings, and too many athletes. Pairs and Quads/5
Rules: Teams must follow age-appropriate rules. High School pairs and quads must follow high school rules, adult must follow up to level 6 USASF. Pairs are a guy/girl and may include a spotter. Quads/5 are all-girl.
Time limit: 1:30 all music format. Penalties are the same as regular teams. Timing begins with the first beat of music and ends with your intent to leave the floor.
