Judges' Program

The ACA Judges' Program has undergone some exciting changes to improve our system.  Along with a new Judges' Training Program, there are new strategies put in place to create more consistency between judges on the panel. The philosophy behind the program is:

• To evaluate the teams fairly with the goal of education and safety;

• To judge with integrity, openness, and enthusiasm; and

• To create an atmosphere of respect for all the coaches, judges, students and parents.

To facilitate these exciting changes, the program has been divided into two positions with the following responsibilities:

Competition Director – Riana Luck

• Develop Judges' Training Program

• Provide support to Judging Director regarding rulings on legality of stunts and skills
• Recruitment and retention of judges
• Schedule judges
• Support Competition Hosts

Judging Director – Cristela D’Elia

• Answer any questions regarding the legality of stunts or skills
• Provide on-site support to judges at competitions
