Before you credential
Once you have registered an email with a link for the exams will be sent to you. You must complete and pass the written test(s), you must print or have a picture of your certificate and take it with you to your designated hands-on testing session. You will not be permitted to take the hands-on portion of the credentialing without a printed test certificate.
Practical Experience Evidence Form
If you are credentialing at Median (Level 3) or above in any skill set, you are required to provide signed evidence of prior coaching experience. This form should be filled out by your Gym Owner.
